We all want to naturally live a healthy life, be energetic all day long, weigh what’s written on our driver’s license, and truly enjoy working out, but it’s not that simple. Life gets in the way! I’m here to help you navigate life’s roadblocks in order to help you live your healthiest and happiest life…that you may not have even known possible.
We work together one-on-one, in person, over the phone, or via skype, to conquer your health goals. This can be anything from losing weight, reducing stress, increasing energy, creating a healthy food relationship, developing confidence, becoming more physically active, and more…
How it Works:
- We meet twice a month for 45-minute sessions to gush about what’s good, vent about what’s bad, and work together to make the bad go away for good.
- I deliver recipes designed for your taste buds straight to your inbox and give you tips and tricks for simply everyday cooking at home.
- We deconstruct your cravings and find out what your body really needs to be fulfilled, which very well might not be food.
- We work together to find the right food for your body. A little food experimentation, but never strict diets.
- We create realistic goals and I, sternly but nicely, help you achieve them.
If you are local:
- We tour around the grocery stores and local markets to learn about where and when to buy the freshest ingredients.
- I raid your pantry and give you real-life lessons on the good, the bad, and the ugly of those labels.
- We work side by side in your kitchen to create simple, personalized, and healthy meals that you can easily recreate on your own.
